Relationship Manager – Coverage & Advisory Energy Transition & Natural Resources

Coverage & Advisory for ETNR UK provides clients with solutions including financial advisory, structured finance, investment banking and M&A services.

The Relationship Manager’s primary task is to initiate and coordinate relationships and Corporate & Investment Banking activities on a dedicated portfolio of clients and prospects across the dedicated sector. In this case, UK based clients in the ETNR space.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the overall strategy of the relevant sector and propose and implement a strategy for clients and prospects
  • Generate pitch ideas for clients and prospects, across the whole spectrum of Corporate & Investment Banking products and services that the bank has to offer, with a specific emphasis on Investment Banking
  • Track and monitor client profitability and KPIs globally
  • Produce coverage memos and present transactions in support of credit applications, deals for covered clients.
  • Define with Distribution and Portfolio Management how to optimise the risk exposure/asset allocation and define areas of focus for future developments.
  • Provide sectorial opinions on any significant business/credit decision within their sector of expertise.
  • Where relevant, support deal negotiations and relevant credit analysis in cooperation with the Coverage bankers and Business Lines
