Reporting into the COO of Wealth, this role will:
- Ensure appropriate and clear strategy, improve customer experience and deliver outcomes in most efficient and cost-effective way
- Support strategy development by providing strategic analysis, customer insights and market context to ensure best in class approaches
- Ensure end to end alignment of strategic plans through engagement and influencing stakeholders. Monitor achievement of strategic and budget plans
The ideal candidate will have
- A background in Wealth and a background in leading teams, managing 4 direct reports.
- A strategic thinker with ability to form strategy into objectives for a team and drive performance
- Experience of the portfolio investment cycle, including initiation, planning and prioritisation in line with strategy and budget plans
- Stakeholder management skills, strong collaborator with the ability to influence, experience of operational execution and financial planning.
