Head of Enterprise Architecture, Banking Group

  • Lead the enterprise Architecture teams to define and then influence the future Enterprise Architecture (the intersection of Technology, Data, Process and Business Architecture) of the bank, and how it combines to serve customers and colleagues well, while supportive strategic aims to drive simplification and efficiency across the bank
  • Strongly influence the development of business strategies at and across business levels, identifying transformational opportunities for the businesses and technology areas associated with both new and existing technologies, and enterprise adoption of strategic target states
  • Define and communicate the current, resultant and target state enterprise architecture for the assigned scope, making sure that the architecture links to, and is informed by, the overall organisational strategy and produces the desired enterprise architecture outcomes
  • Experience of strategic management and leadership, in a highly complex and regulated environment and particular experience of leading enterprise architecture teams
  • Knowledge of industry trends, development initiatives, enterprise architecture evolution and innovation
