Build and maintain the business as a market-leading provider of syndicated loan financing solutions. Maintain senior client relationships, position the bank as first point of call for loan markets capabilities
The role
- Understand customer businesses to identify loan markets opportunities and broader product capabilities
- Use market knowledge and contacts to cultivate existing and new client relationships and lead appropriate transactions
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with other areas of the bank to deliver capability to key clients
- Ensure transactions well-structured, profitable, market leading and appropriately documented
- Manage and lead deal processes to ensure issuers, advisers and investors consider us to have the highest standards of execution
- Advise on loan market conditions, provide content and knowledge to aid clients as well as internal/external stakeholders
Requires
- Knowledge of UK loan markets
- Good leadership and management experience, delivering results through others
- Practical understanding and application of risk management disciplines
- Experience in external marketing and strategic thinking
