Business Analyst – Marketing Technology, Asset Management

We’re hiring a MarTech Business Analyst / Marketing Technologist to take end-to-end ownership of a sophisticated marketing technology ecosystem within a regulated investment management environment. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing, data, and technology—and knows how to turn platforms into performance.

You’ll be the critical bridge between Client Experience and Technology, ensuring the martech stack is fully integrated, compliant by design, and delivering real ROI.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning and prioritising the marketing technology backlog, balancing ROI, risk, and resources

  • Translating marketing and client experience goals into clear technical requirements

  • Leading change, testing, and continuous improvement across the martech stack

  • Acting as the main liaison between marketing, IT, data teams, and external partners

  • Driving integration into Salesforce to support a unified “Sales Cockpit”

  • Leading Marketo strategy—automation, segmentation, preference centres, and lead journeys

  • Ensuring all solutions are secure, compliant, and scalable in a regulated environment

What you bring

  • Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager, Adobe Target & Adobe Analytics

  • Proven expertise in Marketo (automation, data architecture, integrations)

  • Solid understanding of Salesforce CRM and marketing-to-sales workflows

  • Confidence working across APIs, data flows, and integrations (Snowflake a plus)

  • Experience in asset management or financial services, with a clear grasp of compliance

  • A collaborative, pragmatic mindset—you know how to deliver change without breaking governance
