Attracting and Retaining Diverse Talent Post Pandemic

This Research explores attitudes towards flexible working, equality, culture and pay in the City. It is based on unique pre-pandemic research together with recent research we’ve undertaken with male City workers and our candidates. Before Covid-19, the City was embedding diversity initiatives with successive pushes towards closing the gender pay gap and getting more women on boards. As we emerge, two years on, our research assesses the degree to which attitudes have shifted.
