Damian Holland and Emma Singh were looking to build an inclusive team and were interested in experienced candidates with diversity of thought for Director level hires. As an Asset Manager with over 15 years of experience, Laura Hill was looking to pivot into a role at a company that would challenge her, but also offer her flexibility in a hybrid working environment.

5 months in and Laura has settled into her role very well and Damian is delighted with her progress.
