Head of Presentations and Design, Asset Management

Lead the engine behind high-stakes client communications.

We’re looking for an exceptional operational leader to take charge of a large-scale Presentations & Design function within a leading global asset management business.

This is a leadership position for someone who thrives on complexity, loves creating order from competing priorities, and knows how to get the very best from high-performing teams.

You’ll oversee a fast-paced operation responsible for delivering critical presentation materials that support sales, client engagement, investment teams and senior leadership. With a significant offshore delivery team and a constant flow of high-priority requests, success will depend on your ability to prioritise relentlessly, optimise processes, manage stakeholders at all levels, and drive outstanding execution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Leading a blended in-house and offshore team, creating a culture of accountability, quality and continuous improvement.
  • Owning the end-to-end presentations pipeline, balancing capacity, demand and delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
  • Acting as the trusted partner to senior stakeholders across Sales, Investments, Marketing, Events and Compliance.
  • Driving operational excellence through process improvement, automation and smarter ways of working.
  • Setting and maintaining exceptional standards across presentation output, design quality and brand consistency.
  • Managing outsourced delivery partners, ensuring strong performance, service levels and seamless collaboration across time zones.

What we’re looking for

  • Extensive experience leading presentations, design or content operations within asset management.
  • A proven track record managing high-volume delivery environments where priorities shift rapidly.
  • Strong experience overseeing offshore or outsourced teams.
  • Outstanding stakeholder management skills with the confidence to challenge, influence and manage expectations.
  • A natural coach and people leader who scales performance through others.
  • Strong understanding of investment products, fund data and the regulatory environment in financial services.
