Are you an experienced HR Operations professional ready to shape and elevate the employee experience in a leading, fast-paced investment environment? This is an exciting opportunity to join a globally expanding organisation as an HR Operations & Policy Manager, taking ownership of HR processes, policy design, and compliance across multiple regions.
The Opportunity

Partner closely with HR Business Partners and other stakeholders to deliver seamless operational support.
 -
Support the HR aspects of company integrations, focusing on alignment of systems, processes, and data integrity.

About You

You’ll need:
-
Solid experience in HR Operations or HR Generalist roles, ideally in a regulated sector (financial services experience advantageous).
 -
Strong understanding of employment law and HR policy frameworks across multiple geographies.
 -
Proven track record of leading process improvement and automation initiatives.
 -
Experience managing small teams and developing others.
 -
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
