Reward Manager, Global Asset Manager

London, hybrid/flexible working

Role

  1. Oversee design and implementation of annual compensation planning process, coordinate annual compensation benchmarking review
  2. Conduct data analysis to evaluate compensation offering, provide insights and recommendations to Board
  3. Work on new hire proposals, employee retention and engagements. Develop RemCo materials
  4. Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations in terms of remuneration policies, procedures and governance
  5. Deliver annual identification of MRT/Identified Staff and ongoing supervision of regulated companies in respect of UCITS/AIFMD/IFPR
  6. Prepare annual remuneration policy statements, contribute to Directors Remuneration report.  Support delivery of benefits and oversee pension and savings plan. Manage and oversee global incentive plans administer UK SAYE and SIP schemes
  7. Manage global award processes

Requires

  1. In depth knowledge of compensation principles, methodologies and best practice
  2. Highly numerated, ability to collect and interpret complex data
  3. Familiarity with relevant laws, regulations and compliance requirements
  4. Proficient in HRIS and compensation/equity management software (Workday, Payscale, Shareworks)
