This is a senior relationship management role, developing relationships with top tier banking clients.
Candidates will have:
- Significant experience in a senior client-facing or relationship manager role within the financial services practice of a consulting or analytics firm, or investment banking
- Effective, sharp, clear and succinct presentation and communication skills, both verbal and written, and the confidence to manage challenging dialogues with senior client stakeholders.
- Strong PowerPoint skills – able to create high quality client presentations
- Strong data analysis skills, using Excel PivotTables to quickly identify patterns, trends, and comparisons
- Demonstrable experience of first-class client focus, relationship building, problem solving and teamwork.
- Proven ability to work in a demanding environment, managing multiple projects, co-ordinating with colleagues globally and meeting tight deadlines.
- Ability to determine a client’s goals / objectives, desired outcomes and success measures, predict roadblocks and address them before they even occur.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage a portfolio of multiple projects running simultaneously.
