Reporting to the Group Head of Digital Channels, this exciting role will increase Digital Sales performance across all channels, products and segments by building and deploying frameworks and capabilities that accelerates digital sales growth, digital lead management and leveraging multi-channel and shared learnings.
Leading a high calibre team that drive traffic and lead performance, end to end funnel management, integrated multi-channel sales for new customers; as well as growing digital sales with the existing customer base. Also responsible for building global scalable capabilities which accelerate digital sales performance, having a holistic view of product and customer conversion paths and identify sales performance drivers.
- Possess a blend of business and digital savvy; ability to drive strategy into commercial actions
- Strong commercial orientation, with a track record of driving digital sales and customer growth through multi-channels
- Deep knowledge of the levers driving digital sales growth, digital traffic/lead management (paid, organic, cross/upsell) including funnel management, optimisation frameworks and messaging capabilities across digital platforms
- Expertise in conversion optimisation (online & leveraging offline), multi-channel drop-off management and cross-sell
- Proven track record of delivering business performance in a global role
- Ability to set clear strategic direction, aligned with Markets and key stakeholders
- Comfortable working across data and digital performance metrics and eCommerce
- Strong consulting and collaborative problem solving skills
