- Supporting the Global Banking coverage team, facilitating operational support for client onboarding, credit reviews, legal negotiations, KYC renewals and product maintenance and exit activities.
- Facilitate the onboarding journey for priority clients and act as global single point of escalation.
- Working closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure the highest standards are met and process improvements are made
Requires
- Strong client facing experience with an ability to manage a varied workload and prioritise effectively under pressure
- Strong commercial skills and ability to build excellent working relationships across business units
- Self-starter with ability to lead and motivate others
- Previous experience in global markets, KYC, credit and/or regulatory environments would be beneficial
