Reporting into the COO for Commercial and Institutional Banking

  • Deliver franchise strategic aims through service management insight, analysis and action plans, ensuring business and customer needs are met
  • Ensure strong business management, governance and secretariat disciplines are deployed across the function, including capacity planning, financial management, governance, records management, communication and people management.
  • Ensure the functions strategy and operating model are fit for purpose.


  • Previous strategy consulting experience
  • Experience in leadership support or business management role
  • Commercial or Investment Banking background, ideally some CEO office experience, experience working with multiple business initiatives
